The mating surfaces have been precision machined to ensure trueness. This attention to detail will ensure that the joint between the head, head gasket, and engine block has tight tolerances for effective sealing under high temperature and pressure.
Our cylinder heads have been strengthened by increasing the surface thickness.
We have higher quality cylinder heads than the competition because we control the casting channel thickness to prevent shrinkage. Our production processes ensure an equal thickness casting channel throughout the entire head. This results in an improved cylinder head and greatly reduces the possibility of casting defects that would typically lead to potential cracking issues.
We utilize optimized and upgraded valve materials creating a better product compared to original equipment.
