ENGINE WAS TEST RUN ON STARTING FLUID/FUEL COMBO, TEST RAN CLEAN, 65 PSI OIL PRESSURE AT COLD IDLE, 85 PSI AT MID THROTTLE. NO SMOKE OR BLOWBY OBSERVED. INJECTION PUMP IS NOT PUMPING TO PROPER SPEC, WILL NOT STAY RUNNING ON FUEL ALONE, PUMP NEEDS TO BE REBUILT OR REPAIRED.
