This is a heavy duty EGR Cooler for Volvo and Mack diesel applications. The process utilizes a factory OEM EGR cooler. The EGR cooler is ultrasonically cleaned, then both ends are removed. The EGR cooler then goes through a series of tests to ensure the integrity of the internal core structure. The end caps are TIG welded back onto the housing. Finally, the entire assembly is pressure tested to ensure a fully functional factory spec EGR cooler.
