This integrated system features a dual-line configuration optimized for both Single-Stream (Blue Box) residential recycling and Construction & Demolition (C&D) waste recovery.
The plant’s processing capability is centered around aggressive volume reduction and high-purity material extraction. With an estimated throughput capacity of 15–25 tons per hour (TPH) depending on material density, the system utilizes SSI low-speed, high-torque shredding for primary breakdown and West Salem vertical grinding for secondary sizing. Non-ferrous metal recovery is maximized via a precision Techno Eddy Current Separator, while fiber and fines are managed through ETK mechanical screening. This package represents over $10M in replacement value and offers a critical 14–18 month lead-time advantage for operators looking to expand capacity immediately.
