Custom built cooker 4×5 this cooker was built for me by Travis Stafford 2025 whole hog NC state champion. This grill will cook a 250 pound whole hog. It has a duel grate center swivel where you can pin the hog between the grates and pull a hitch pin and never have to handle the hog during the cook. It will hold 30 or more Boston Butts easly. A 40 pound box of Chicken Leg Quarters with ease. This grill is ready to cook on right now only reason selling it getting out of the catering business.
